Patrick Gray, Co-Founder & CEO
Patrick is a seasoned executive with a diverse background spanning the military, investment, intelligence, and technology sectors. As the co-founder of Gray Talent Advisors, LLC, he uses his 20+ years of executive search experience to deliver excellent results for clients and candidates.
After serving as a U.S. Army Intelligence Officer, Patrick’s executive search career began at Korn/Ferry. He subsequently managed the Global Aerospace, Defense and Government Services practice at Heidrick & Struggles and at two boutique firms. His extensive network and rich experience enable him to support Fortune 1000 companies and leading private equity firms at both the executive and board levels.
Patrick earned a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Megan Gray, Co-Founder & COO
Megan's diverse background started in the military as a counterintelligence officer. After serving as a U.S. Army Officer, Megan transitioned into technical project management in the private sector working at cutting edge companies like AOL. She subsequently moved into financial services and client SAAS products for Sallie Mae. Rising to VP of Client Operations and managing a large team, she revamped and managed the end-to-end client / implementation processes.
As the co-founder of Gray Talent Advisors, LLC, she brings her extensive project management and analysis skills to provide best in class client service across the candidate and client process lifecycle.
Megan holds a BA from Norwich University and an MA from The George Washington University. She was an ROTC distinguished graduate.

Luis Beruff, Managing Director
Luis has years of experience delivering superior search results for clients spanning Aerospace, Defense & Government Services. He has deep knowledge across the various sectors and deep relationships throughout the industry. He joined GTA to build it into the leading Aerospace, Defense and Government Services search firm.
Luis has worked within many of the leading firms and executive search practices covering Aerospace & Defense and Government Services, and he understands every aspect of search, from the ground up. Luis has experience working with both private equity owned and large publicly traded companies and has successfully completed searches at all executive levels across of variety of roles.
Luis earned a BA from the College of Charleston.
